Here are some important things to remember before your purchase:

All merchandise is available so long as supply lasts.

You can rest assured that you buy without risk from us as you can return merchandise within 14 days of purchase provided, of course, merchandise has not been used or damaged.

Items which may not be returned are those made with specialized instructions such as personalized ingravings.

Should merchandise show defects on delivery, please inform us as soon as possible. Should damage occur during shipping, please inform delivery company of the same.

With our 6 months satisfaction guarantee, we will either repair any defects from workmanship or substitute merchandise for articles of similar value. If you feel the repair or substitution are not to your liking, you have the right to cancel the purchase or ask for a reduction from the initial price.

Until full purchase of items, merchandise remains the property of the "Silber-Studio."

Prices already include the so called German "Mehrwertsteuer" tax.

A down payment or full payment is expected at the time of delivery. This also applies to purchases outside of Germany and special orders.

For orders within Germany under EURO 250,-- the costs of handling and shipping are EURO 6,20. The Cash on Delivery Fee is EURO 3,60. For orders within Germany over EURO 250,-- shipping and handling are free. For orders outside Germany, costs of shipping and handling are paid by the customer.

Only essential datum is kept on file and never given to outside parties.
